Crayon Resist Letter Painting

Gina

Wow your children or students with this magical activity!

Materials:

  • White crayon

  • White paper

  • Water colors

  • Paintbrush

How To:

  1. Using the white crayon, write letters, numbers, shapes, sight words etc on the paper. Press down firmly as you write.

  2. Give your learner the watercolors & brush & have them paint the paper to reveal what is hidden underneath!

This is SO easy to set-up & so engaging for kids. It's also a great one to differentiate for different age groups, based on the skills that they are working on. Not practicing academics? Draw a picture or write them a letter and have them reveal what is hidden!
